Rishi Tea & Botanicals is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality products and your experience is important to us. We stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with our products or you feel the quality of our products you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers in the United States is less than expected, please contact our customer service within 45 days of your date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, our Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites/third-party marketplace storefronts. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
We reserve the right to evaluate situations on a case-by-case basis. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request. We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
If you purchased your tea from a third-party retailer, we kindly ask you to first contact the retailer from which you purchased the items to inquire about its return policy.
