Shipping policy

We offer standard shipping to the contiguous United States at a flat $8.00 standard economy shipping fee for most items, and $12.00 standard shipping for Sparking Botanicals and Tea Concentrates. You may select expedited 2-day and 3-day shipping options for additional rates, for orders excluding Sparkling Botanicals and Concentrates. Free shipping may apply at checkout based on order eligibility.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and once an order has been placed there is a 1-3 business day processing time. During high volume sale periods processing times can be 3-5 business days. Local Milwaukee HQ pick up is not available at this time.

International Shipping

At this time, we are unfortunately unable to ship orders internationally with the exception of Canada. Please refer back to this page for any updates on this possibility in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.  

Orders shipped to Canada are exempt from flat rate and free shipping offers and may be subject to additional customs fees.
